Pulse Rush

Pulse Rush is a fast, hypnotic arcade reflex game. A pulsing core sits in the middle of the screen and glowing orbs rush in from every edge. Tap them before they break your shields, build a combo, trigger Fever and push your score as the tempo keeps climbing.

Features

• Seven kinds of orbs: normal, fast (with a trail), pulsing (bonus points), armored (two taps), EMP bombs that clear the screen, shield orbs that repair you, and red mines that you must NOT touch.
• Combo and Fever: chain hits to raise your multiplier up to x5. Pass x3.0 and Fever Rush doubles your points and gives you a shield.
• Endless difficulty: a new level every 50 orbs - faster orbs, denser waves, a quicker beat. No level cap.
• Daily Challenge: one seeded run per day, the same orb sequence for everyone that day, with its own daily best and a streak counter.
• Progression: 10 ranks (Rookie to Legend) earned with XP, 13 lifetime goals that award bonus XP, and 5 colour themes unlocked by rank.
• Procedural sound and music that speed up with the level, screen shake, particles and short in-game hints that teach each new orb the first time you see it.
• Local best scores, rank, goals and settings are saved automatically on your computer.

Controls

• Mouse: click / tap the orbs.
• Touchscreen: tap the orbs.
• Keyboard: Space or Enter starts / retries, P or Esc pauses, F11 toggles fullscreen.

Platforms

Windows (64-bit), Linux (x86_64) and macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). Single-file download, no installer.

The window is resizable: it adapts to wide and tall shapes.
